The Smart City Platform for the Mayor is a system that integrates and visualizes over 10 million items of information (on safety, transportation, atmospheric environment, citizens’ lives, and many other administrative matters) from 290 systems used by all departments of Seoul Metropolitan Government as well as information from over 1,200 surveillance cameras installed in important locations throughout Seoul. It also provides information on Seoul’s major policies and initiatives in real time.
