  • Increased innovation and efficiency for internal administrative tasks using AI technology, etc. to provide better administrative services to citizens
2-1. Establishment of intelligent video cooperation system
  • Creating a convenient environment for remote meetings through connection with internal systems such as city organization chart and messenger
  • Carrying out the role of a communication/sharing-based online platform by using it for existing administrative services such as civic counseling
2-2. Establishment of automated administrative processes (RPA)
  • Application of RPA to simple and repetitive administrative tasks such as the reception and classification of on-site complaints from general affairs and chatbot
  • RPA-AI is used in connection to reduce employees’ burden and maximize administrative efficiency
    • 1st expansion to SMG (6 bureaus/offices) in 2022 → expansion to affiliated offices by 2024
2-3. Expansion of administrative innovation model based on virtual Seoul (S-Map)
  • Establishment of an urban environment improvement model by collecting data (e.g. temperature) from digital twin-based city sensors in real time
  • Support for decision-making and problem-solving using prediction simulation through modeling of urban problems such as traffic and fire
2-4. Achieving a digital virtual city Seoul using new technology such as XR
  • Creation of a mirror digital twin for intelligent city management (from 2022)
  • Promotion and actualization of digital-twin based Seoul-type AR XR service (2022–2024)
  • Achieving an XR-based smart augmented city (2024–2025)

  • Production of 40,000 units of AI learning data for defect detection following 24 types of sewage pipeline defects
  • Advancement and stabilization of defect detection SW through discovering points of improvement from pilot operation in districts and promoting disclosure of learning data to citizens
