  • Establishing a decentralized identity system using the Seoul Wallet where citizens can safely perform self-verification (from 2021)
  • One-click simple administrative services through electronic wallet connection between the city, central government, and private companies

  • (External) Expansion of public services such as registration and reservation using the “Seoul Talk” (chatbot) platform (from 2021)
  • (Internal) Automatic reply for simple and repetitive inquiries such as human resources, service, and contract (from 2022)
    • No. of administrative information provided by chatbot “Seoul Talk” 420 cases in 2021 → 700 cases by 2025
4-4. Establishment of contactless and high-efficiency smart office (VDI) through convergence with new technology
  • Establishment of ISP for analyzing the validity and economic effect analysis of VDI introduction and setting a roadmap
  • Transition from the existing desktop to a virtual PC-based cloud work environment to establish a smart office through connecting new technology such as AI, and metaverse
    • 100% transition into SMG VDI until 2025
4-4. Digital service-based technological development and growth support
  • Discovery and operation of a expansion base for digital-based contactless service (Seoul Smart City Center)
  • Seoul-type digital and contactless policy model and support for the overseas expansion of innovative services
