- Reinforcement of citizen’s mobility by improving the transportation system using new mobility technologies, such as automatic driving, and enhancing the safety control of transport facilities
7-1. Establishment of autonomous vehicle base
- Expansion of autonomous driving pilot operation zones such as Gangnam and Yeouido and start of paid operation
- Preemptive establishment of future transportation infrastructure such as the digitalization of autonomous vehicle infrastructure
- Establishment of a total of 1,860 km (4-lane roads) by 2025

7-2. Provision of pedestrian-centric public transport connection information
- Establishment of a network which ensures the safety and convenience of pedestrians through creating a pedestrian-friendly city (until 2022)
- Provision of transfer information for foot traffic such as bus transfer information near subway stations (until 2025)
7-3. Establishment of a smart maintenance and management platform for road facilities (until 2030)
- Establishing a preemptive management system for outdated infrastructure and the maintenance and management of facilities using technology from the Fourth Industrial Revolution
7-4. Establishing a traffic management system using drones
- Using drones and AI technology for three-dimensional traffic status monitoring and on-site application (from 2023)
- Support for data-based, citizen-oriented transportation policies through deduction of real-time transportation indexes and achieving future-oriented transportation service
7-5. Establishment of a smart bus operation system
- Improvement of ICT-based transportation methods and usage environment such as expanded installation of BIT in smart shelters and stations and introduction of a tagless boarding system
- BIT installation in village bus stations: 400 (2022) → 1,040 (2025)

7-6. Integrated provision of real-time parking information
- Relieving the parking crisis and increasing parking space efficiency by providing IoT-based parking information service
- Operation of an open integrated parking management service platform such as parking sharing and reservation service
- No. of parking lots that provide real-time information to the Seoul Parking Information app: 500 (2022) → 700 (2025)
